Last and First Name Combinations.

I would like to place ads for all possible first name and last name combinations (Genealogy site). However, that would be a staggering 20 million plus KWs. Clearly not possible. If I instead use all possible last names (total of 89,000), will Adwords combine these with first names?

    Thanks

Is there a limit on keywords?

It seems like you would get much more traffic if you could do phrase matching for each name...but ya that's a lot of keywords. maybe stick to the 5,000 most common names or something?

as far as your question i dont really know the answer

The limit for an account is 50,000 keywords

To reach total of 89,000 there is 3 possible options:

1 - you can negotiate with adwords support to change the limit of an account from 50,000 to 89,000 per account - This is technically possible (I already requested something similar)

    - or -

2 - you can setup 2 different accounts with 44,500 keyWords each account. (this do not hurt AdWords TOS if you do not repeat the same keywords in same accounts)

    - or -

3 - You setup 1 AdWords account full with 44,500 keywords and left other 44,500 other keywords waiting in a text file in your computer - every week you run a report and clean the keywords that have no impressions from account and move some of the keywords from the text file to account - repeat this procedure until the text file is empty and your account has relevant keywords.

Use the lastnames and opt for broad matching?
