Las Vegas Hotel Booking Website - Profitable!!!

I am looking to sell my Las Vegas hotel booking site, www.LasVentions.com. (The name comes from combining Las Vegas and Conventions together). Basically, we post deals for each Las Vegas hotel. We make money from 3% of all MGM Mirage Hotel Bookings and Google Adsense. Below is the totals by month for the last 4 months.

I will share my marketing strategy to the new owner. This is a great business and only requires about 15 minutes of your time to update the latest deals, thats it!

January is the #1 Las Vegas Hotel booking month of the entire year! It should produce record numbers for this site!

Please send proof of traffic with referral stats and revenue proof with site name visible in both cases.

 

Please see the reply in this thread for a screenshot with MGM Mirage. This shows traffic stats as well as earning for this timeperiod. This is an affiliate site with links to the hotels directly; however, we only get paid by MGM Mirage. Therefore, for other casinos such as Harrahs, we prefer people click our Google links so that we get paid.

In addition, please don't PM me any insulting offer like $200 or $300. Why would I sell a site for that amount of money when it makes that much in a month? Sorry to be so harsh but my PM box was filling quickly with these crazy offers! All fair and reasonable offers will be considered. I know the average sale is 6-10x earnings; however, I am not expecting to get that much since we aren't established that long.

No money is spent on promotion . . . its all apart of the marketing plan. Details will be given to the new owner.

This site is again for sale. Since January 1st of this year, it has earned over $2,100 in MGM Mirage Commissions, $70 from Goldstar (added last week of February), and $129.47 from Adsense.

The big increase in earnings is from the addition of the blog (lasventions.com/specials).
