I think you will have better results if you hire a representative who can visit local areas in Vegas and get business owners to list their businesses. Some might even pay for a listing.

Not a bad start, keep up the good work. Can I suggest that you make "Latest featured links" open in a new tab. This will keep your directory open and allow users to check out more things in Vegas.
