My best one was $0.62 I have seen on this forum people talk about $10 a click. I quess it all depends on the kind of site you have. On average I make $2 to $3 a day. Yet I have had days that I made around $20. Don't really know why, because my traffic is kinda the same.
The heighest click i have noticed fetched me $2.36 and interestingly i had a channel on that page and that page averaged a CTR of 40 % + that too from the last 4 months (from the time that page was made)
Well. Before I rearranged the Google Adsense on my Ka Webspy News and Journal, I received a click three times higher than yours. It's only a click....
hmm..interesting placement of text above and below your adsense (should drive some nosey traffic your way.. )
kawebspy: I assume that you placed the "Tags:..." line above the ads to try to target the ads to those words. TOS aside, maybe just removeing all references to "blog, blogers, etc" from your meta tags would help.
I haven't looked at one of these threads for a while, but it was a fun read. I took my primary adsense account and exported CSV all channels per day over all time. I then divided #clicks by earnings per day to get an average payout per click over all channels, for all days. Took a MAX of that to see $13.XX as the maximum "average payout per click" in my history. We can assume the maximum payout per click was *at least* $13.XX. Upon closer inspection that was an 8 click day for the particular channel, with an average pay per click of $13.XX I can assure you that is not the highest pay per click for the members here, by any stretch. It is not a very important metric, usually. More telling is the impressions (17) and consequential CTR (47.1%) and adunit eCPM of over $6200 for that same channel/day. Those numbers matter!
Yesterday I got two clicks worth mentioning here. The total amount of these two clicks sums up to 2.37 $.
I got a $2.02 today from my forum, pretty good but I've had a $2.15, I think... not quite sure what each click earned....Uhh whatever
I'd rather have 50 $1 clicks than one $20 click. Translation: Work on having a great site with lots of traffic and you will make money at it
