Selling Large Web Directory - 8000+ Links :: 100k Alexa Rank

Hi,

I'm selling one of my Directories - Zarax.net, I am selling due to hosting costs are coming up for this month plus I want to expand my network.

Zarax was created on the 14th September 2010 (Registry above says 30th for some reason - check whois tools for the real date). During the lifespan of the directory, I have moved hosts. The above traffic stats are a calculated amount over the 1 month period (14th Sept - 14th Oct). As far as revenue goes, the site sells featured links at $1.50 each, and generates revenue via adsense. The site has undergone 2 different designs (hence why the below adsense screenshot is only of a few days as the new ads were implemented just the other day.)
