Large Video Game Fansite Network - Great Opportunity

I need some cash to start some new projects, so I'm looking to sell a network of video game fansites I run. The awesome thing about these fansites, and why its such a great opportunity, is because none of the games are released yet. One of the fansites is already getting 150 uniques a day and the game is still around 6 months away, just imagine what it will be like when the game is released.
Here are the sites, I've also included the tentative release dates for the games

http://projectbioshock.com/ BioShock fansite - set to be released in June.

Also included in the sale is http://www.gamerspeak.net/forum/index.php , a forum for all 3 sites with 1,684 posts.

Only two of the sites are currently monetized, and those two are only using adsense. If you put up an affiliate program, you could probably make a good amount.
Earnings for the two sites since November 06 are $55.76 combined.

I'm not sure when the auction will end, because as I said, I have a reserve price that I won't sell for unless I get it. I hate to do that, but I need the money.

I will be posting a BIN soon though. Also, when the reserve is met, I will post an auction ending time asap.

The yahoo rankings will come back in a few days, they like to occasionally de-index the sites and then put them back at the same place.

Notice how we're already ranking very high for the "game name" search in google.
