Large Site. Updates Itself. Coded myself! PR4!

    I've got a large site www.bloggingstuff.com

It's got over 34,000 articles listed and was coded by myself (not these rubbish article site generator things). Google say's it has indexed 25,000 pages (got category pages too - over 300 categories). Has been online for about 5/6 months. Google is recrawling the site like crazy because I've just optimised it further for search engines. visits every day. It is highly optimised for google and other search engines.

Articles are posted to this site AUTOMATICALLY ever day. The only thing you have to do is promote it more. About 2,000 are added every month. The only thing you have to do with this site is promote more and tweak it now and again (but not needed at all)

Adsense CTR is VERY good - just needs more traffic and a owner with an interest really.

Last 7 days it made around $18.54 and it gets better every week.

All offers welcome. Please PM and POST offers. BIN is to be decided.

I am a guy you can trust. Everything I say here is true and i'll even give you support if things dont go smoothly when putting it on your sever.

Please feel free to post any questions you may have.

    Many thanks.

Does the site have the ability to add RSS feeds for each article or category for users to subscribe to?

Can you PM screenshots for adsense and traffic proof.

How does the site update itself automatically?

    Thanks... John

Just want to clear up the question about how the iste adds articles or updates itself. Does the site do this automatically or is there a monthly fee that you pay another company to send you the articles?

In response to your questions (thanks for them by the way)

    Adsense screen shot - http://www.bloggingstuff.com/adsense1.gif

    1) SEO

    - I have made it so each article URL is simply bloggingstuff.com/article10000 for example. Only done this mod about 2 weeks ago.

    - I have used all the correct format. Title, H1, Keywords in links, keywords in bold, alt tags etc.

    - Adsense optimised for clicks and some good paying clicks too.

    - Pretty much everything you can do to SEO it I've done it!

    2) Where the content comes from.

The content is posted to the website from a article distrabution site which screens articles that it's members send to it's system.

I DON'T PAY FOR THIS SERVICE

They get sent to my site using the POST method (like a html form)

They get posted to the website every day which means always updated pages and fresh content.

All pages are hand coded and was not easy due to all the different categoryies. Took a while!

    Hope this helps!

Ermm... just a minor thing, it's the ecpm you can't show because of G TOS and not the clicks. :p

BTW, Do you have any starting price in mind?

    lol cheers :)

http://www.bloggingstuff.com/stats1.gif - not a clue about the stats really but the dip near the current date is due to the google recrawl because of the bloggingstuff.com/article1000 url upgrade (see other post)

    Starting I'd say $100

Is the URL supposed to be spelled differently from the title in your logo?

You mean from the stats screen shot? That's because it's under my other account on the server. Please rest assured I'm totally honest!

If that's directed at me, I'm not questioning your integrity, just that there's a spelling mistake in your site's logo.... ;)

I, I am interested. However, I would need proof of the Adsense earnings. The screengrab above does not show anywhere that it relates to this site for sale and this site only. Can you provide this?

At the bottom of an article you have this text, which always ends mid sentence?

Put This Article On Your Website For FREE!!!

You can use this article and copy it on your own website for free! All you have to do is make sure

The Google ads do not appear on many pages, is this due to the content on these pages? The empty white block at the top is a bummer when this happens! Also, why do you think you get good adsense earnings on a site like this?

How many unique visitors a month do you get?

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Thanks,Steve
