I am the user who bought the site www.bloggingstuff.com. Well it wasnt me, it was a mate of mine - i did the buying for him. He wanted the site with the intention of involving himself in making money on the net. He has never been involved before so thought it was a good way to get in the net business. It was effectively an impulse buy without really thinking through it.

He has now realised that its too much of an effort for him to devote the time needed to make this venture work, as he works full time and has a family. He has now decided he wants to sell the site on.

I will be honest with you.. he paid £375-00 + £20 for the search feature, gordi555 (the orginal seller) did the search addon and pageanated the sitemap feature (you can email gordi555 yourself to confirm this). So in total he paid £395-00 which is around $750-00. there are adsense ads on the site but they are 'diummy' ads.. in the sense that no account number has been entered in the account field. My mate hasnt set up an adsense account. Also, no idea of stats as no logs have been set up. However I do have the logs that the previous seller provided. PM me if you want these.

I have made some additions on the site which you can see for yourself. In the contact section an anti spam feature has been added to prevent spam (captcha image confirmation). Also a module has been created (its an idependent module) that generates a sitemap.... this is essentially required as articles are added nearly everyday so you need to make sure google has the upto date list... a sitemap makes it ideal for google to easily index them with your upto date articles.

Currently the site has over 38k articles. As the original thread explains, the site automatically receives fresh content almost every day and can receive upto 1,000 articles a month. You dont have to do nothing, as gordi555 did the programming to automatically receive the articles from site that provides this service. You will receive the articles for life. Its a PR4 site. The URLs are very search engine friendly. The front page shows fresh content so google will visit your site for spidering every day. The script is not turnkey, it is bespoke and tailor written. So you are also buying the hard work that has been done in developing the script/site AND the fact its PR4 and is been marketed, although i am sure a lot more can be done to market it. If you want sample earnings, once again the original thread gives details of potential income. I feel it can do with some adsense optimisation, eg placing of ads get maximum potential income. I am sure those who are adsense savvy will see what's lacking on there and know where to improve it.

Before I finish, please let's not have the bickering that was present on the original thread. This is a unique script, it wont be sold on, so you will be buying a one off. ALSO this will be sold as a site so please do NOT request for sale of the scripts only. As going down this path is can of worms - the seller of the site gets everything HOWEVER the sller does NOT have resell rights of the scripts. He can sell on the site, but not the scripts by themselves. You the site lock, stock and barrel so if you decide to sell, you must do the same.

* Anyone who can give me a BIN of $750-00 (or near that amount) can have the site and I will close the auction.
* Otherwise I will start the auction at $50-00.
* At the moment no time limit, will decide later on.
* Payment via paypal.

I will help moving the site if you want. That is create the database for you, including tables, import the existing articles and install the code. In other words, get the site running on your site, so you have to do minimal effort.

please see the original thread for adsense. My friend has no adsense account (he is a complete newby) so no adsense income for 2 weeks or so he has owned the site.

you cant leave a site static in the sense, just leave it. you need to actively promote it. even though the site is self updating, that doesnt mean you can just leave it and forget it. You have to let the world know it exists so people come to visit it and keep visiting it. So even though the hard work of creating the scripts, designing the site, testing it, and setting up the site etc etc has been done..... as anyone who has owned a site, it takes just as much effort to market the site, that is the key to its success. Its this part my mate finds daunting and not willing to put the effort into.
