if I bought a targeted list of emails who could be potential customers, from some third party, what is the best way to broadcast an email to all of them? I know almost all the autoresponder companies need the customer to sign up using their optin form before adding their email to the database. What I am saying is, I would like a solution where I couldnt care less about getting the servers marked as spam relay servers (so would need disposable SMTP relays)?
