Selling Large network of 46 classified ad sites

I have 45 classified sites (and one legal directory site) that I am looking to sell as a package. I am going through a major clean up project on our servers and these are the ones that I need to do something with. They can be left hosted where they are for $25 per month for hosting (for all the sites together not each one) or you can move them. Most of these are sites that I had just forgot about but I have went through all of them to check them and ad some adsense to all of them since most did not have adsense codes on them. These sites make great micro niche adsense sites.

At only $850 for all of them as long as each site makes and average of $1.53 a month you make a 100% per year return on your investment and many of these sites will earn a lot more than that so it is a great investment for a network that can just site there and earn some extra money each month. I did have adsense on a few of the sites for a few days. Some sites like freestuffclassifiedads.com are averaging 287 page views per day and it made $2.73 over the past week on adsense so it averaging about $10 a month plus CPA offers. If you get each site averaging that then you can see a 600% or more per year return on your investment.

This is a great way to get a big jump on building a nice adsense network. I have the sites priced at $18 per site. I will sell individual sites but not all of them will be that cheap if you buy them one by one but I do have some that I will sell for $18 one at a time. Many of these sites have good rankings and pretty much all of them get at least some traffic. I have not taken the time to put GA on all 46 sites simple because of the time it takes but they all have cpanel stats but the sites are worth $18 with no stats at all. The names alone cost $8 so you are really just paying $10 per site. Most of these sites have some age on them. Even if you sold a few links on each site for $1 per month and sold 3 links on each site you can earn $150 a month just from the links.

The sites all have a lot of content and many get good search traffic from long tail keywords. This is a great value and a great way to get a nice divers network. I really dont want to get into selling one at a time in this thread. Many of the sites are for sale by them self in other threads here.

I will also build out 50 sites packages for any niche classified sites you want for $900 and 100 sites packages for $1800 if you supply the names. I have many of these sites after a few months that get 8k to 10k visitors per month with little to no seo due to the large amount of content on them.

Here is really the biggest advantage to this plugin that all these sites use. Take a look at http://mastercraft-boats-for-sale.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/mastercraftkeywords.png which is the traffic report for mastercraft-boats-for-sale.net. You will see that this month it has already had over 1800 different keywords drive traffic to the site. Then go to any backlink checking tool and check the backlinks for that site (I used http://www.backlinkwatch.com/) and you will see it has no real backlinks. Without any SEO the sites will start to rank well for odd terms due to the massive amount of unique content.

 

From my side, I would recommend to use Zubera Classifieds.

They provide adding images, videos and 10 free ads posting along with best offer for posting your ads as featured ads.
