Large movie file on laptop needs transferring to Mac

    Hi.

    I have a large file on my laptop what needs transferring onto my Mac. I would upload the file what's on the laptop then download it to my Mac, but the file is like 16GB or something of that nature.

    How would I go about transferring this file?

    Use Torrents, or any other site that allows the upload and download of this much data, Or simply just connect them with wire and create a network its easy i did my networking by reading the online insturctions.
