Site brings more than 2 millions page views monthly. It's about Ragnarok Online MMORPG extremly popular and in TOP5 MMORPG games. The game is unique because of its Anime style graphics and characters and unique guilds and battle system. Ro-guardians.com is among largest community portals dedicated to Ragnarok Online.
I bought the site 4 months ago and put some hard work and invesment into it. Old portal look has been replaced with new one, CMS driven. It's now easy to update the portal or even to give some community members access without losing integrity and security.
The site traffic is mainly organic, 95%. I'm sure that SEO experts will spot a lot of space for improvements. I've noticed nice SEO hack for IPB forums but it requires some technical knowledge which I don't have. Anyway we're listed by Google and other main search engines for every important related keyword, such as "ragnarok online" or "ragnarok skins".
Sale includes portal part, forums, old portal, RO calculators, all databases.

Reason for selling:
I need money to pay off installment for my house, urgently. That's the main reason why I'm selling this site. Other reason is lack of quality time to put this community on the next level and to prepare it to Ragnarok Online sequel which is scheduled for second part of 2007. Since I have full time job and credit to pay off I'm not in position to dedicate more time on this site. BUT I would like to find someone who will take good care about this web site and who have experience with forums.

Revenue Details:
I was given contacts of few advertisers as a legacy from previous owner and I manage to find few advertisers by myself. However I started with monetarizing in January since I was working on complete site redesign and didn't know what exact advertizing positions I will have. So the main revenue stream come from dedicated advertisers, AdSense and Vibrant Media IntelliTXT.
Every banner position has 4 slots with 25% traffic share. Free slots are filled with AdSense. IntelliTXT is set up to show only to non-registered visitors.

Portal part attracts about 40 new subscribers each day. You could easily collect emails for opt-in mailing list. I've never tried CPA schemes like Azoogle or CJ. Anyway I read a lot of successful stories about people who are working with them. However it requires a bit of experience and time for testing which I don't have. Also I've never tried YPN or TribalFusion. Probably there are many other monetarizing techniques you could apply.
