    Below are a list of a bunch of Adnetworks that do pay and are legitimate.

    I've personally used maybe 5-8 of these below. Some pay good, some pay little but they mostly all pay.

    There are sites for warez type of sites and adult sites. There are also a lot of high paying networks that pay for good content.

    Note: I didn't link any of the sites for protection of both networks and DP. You can do a simple Google search for the name and you will find them.

    GorillaNation.com (CPM)
    - Very good rates
    - Net 60 Payments
    - Requires at least 75,000 to 100,000 unique visitors per month and 750,000 to 1 million page views per month, as well as at least 1-2 above the fold standard IAB ad placements.

    IDGTechNetwork.com (CPM/CPC/CPA)
    *Your site must get at least 150,000 Impressions monthly in order to be accepted.
    *They Prefer Tech & Gaming Websites.
    *Premium network.
    *Very high rates (Avegare around $0.75-$2.00 per 1,000 Impressions)
    *If you use Welcome pages using the tools they provide you might see CPM's as high as $30.00 per 1,000 Impressions.
    *Not a very easy to get it Network

    Media.net (CPM/CPC)
    A Yahoo/Bing Network.

    -This is suppose to be the ADSENSE competitor from Bing and Yahoo.
    -They are currently closed and will start sending invitations Oct.16 so sign up for your chance to get into this network.

    Quote:

    Our program is built for websites with premium content.
    Both large and small qualifying websites can participate.

    Lijit.com (CPM)
    * Started testing them recently,so far ADS are good quality.
    * They count USA and International traffic.
    * Option to set up fallback tags in case they don't have ads to show then your backup ads will show so you aren't losing any money. The amount of ADS they show depends on your fill rate. Once again this depends on your traffic quality,etc. Similar to CONTEXTWEB.COM (PULSEPOINT).

    Google Adsense (CPC/CPM)
    *Run by Google, what else is there to say?
    *Best CPC (Cost Per Click) AD network
    *This is the best CPC network around. The pay rate per click depends on your niche.

    TribalFusion.com (CPM)
    *Very good rates
    *A minimum of 500,000 unique users per month
    *Probably the hardest network online to get into
    *Click HERE to view their full requirements

    CASALEMEDIA (CPM)
    *Very good CPM rates
    *High Requirements

    BurstMedia (CPM)
    *Good Rates

    ValueClickMedia (CPM/CPC)
    *Good CPM Rates
    *Decent Popunder rates

    BannerConnect (CPM)
    *Good Rates
    *A minimum of 100,000 impressions per month
    *Unique content
    *Frequently updated content
    *Content written in either in English, Spanish, German, French or Dutch
    *A Privacy Policy
    *A professional design
    *A high quality domain name

    Copacet.com (CPM)
    * Offer gaming related ADS
    * Offer Pop-Under and Pre-Roll ADS. (PreRoll=Video Ads before content)
    * You can make very good revenue with this network (that is considering most of your visitors dont have adblock to block pop-unders)
    * Net-0 Payments. (You can request payments at any given time)
    * Pay by PayPal,Check,Direct Deposit & US Wire

    EpicGameAds.com (CPM/CPC)
    * They offer 7 Different Banner sizes including the industry standard 728x90,300x250,160x600 & Pop Under. (They are CPC except for the PopUnders which are CPM)
    * Offer one of the best pop under rates I have seen so far.
    -$11 per 1,000 pop-under impressions for USA,UK,CA traffic.
    -About 6$ per 1,000 impressions for the rest of the world.
    * Pays Monthly (NET30) via PayPal.
    * This network mainly focuses on gaming sites so they prefer Arcade gaming websites but other niches use this network so if you have a non-gaming niche feel free to apply and see if they accept you

    Cpmfun.com (CPM)
    They basically focus on gaming ads such as RPG games,etc so if you are targeting gamers then this is not a bad network. From all the gaming related networks I have used they seem to have the best rates.

    Some of their key benefits:
    - Custom built system;
    - 100% fill rate;
    - International publishers accepted;
    - NET 30 payments;
    - Simple, real-time reporting;
    - Highest eCPMs in the industry (Gaming);
    - Daily $$ bonuses for every publisher
    *Make sure to turn on Popup/Popunders from your "My account" Section in order to improve earnings.

    underdogmedia.com (CPM)
    *Mostly CPA banners
    *make sure you go to your ads settings and stuff,learn the panel, deactivate all CPA ads,low paying ads etc, and leave the top paying CPM ads active to make sure you get the highest CPM rates.
    *You can add a default tags which will display your backup ads if they don't have high fill rates for your sit

    Smowtion.com (CPM/CPA/CPC)
    *Not a big fan.
    *Horrible Rates
    *make sure to sign up as an referral using someone Else's referral link since they pay 80% to referrals and if you sign up directly through their site you will only get payed 60%
    *Use this guys if you have no other choice

    Own a Porn Site? Try the networks below!

    NOTE: I Don't own a porn site therefor I have never tried any adult CPM networks. I listed the networks below by reading feedback from users around the web

    http://www.blacklabelads.com (CPM/CPC)

    BlackLabelAds is like an adbrite porn alternative. Never tried them but they seem to be pretty popular. I have read a lot of reviews which state they are good but a lot of them also state that they have very low rates.

    http://adultadworld.com (CPM/CPC)

    Adultworld is another pretty popular one, never tried them neither but I have read that they are some what better than black label ads

    http://www.juicyads.com/ (MARKETPLACE)(CPM/CPC)

    Juicy ads is an adult marketplace where you sell ad space on your site to advertisings who are looking to advertise their ads on adult websites. You can sell them at the price you wish, pick an avg prize to start off as no one will pay high prices to book an ad on your site unless you get huge traffic.

    Some random networks that may accept your site:

    It's not enough that the list has been copied from another website that's quite old and has a number of networks already inactive,

    I'm surprised to see cpmfun.com and EpicGameAds.com on the list. They are well-known scammers and internet teems with disappointed publishers' messages about them.
    After all, fidelity can deny to pay you because they find your traffic "fraudulent" and "suspicious" when it's time to issue the payment.

    Would like to add a couple of reliable guys who work on CPM/CPC (work with them for almost a year):
    MadAds Media
    CloveNetwork
    Real Media Group
    Redux Media
    Adspilot
    You may be sure you'll be paid timely and provided excellent support!

    need to say that Epom Market accept warez sites. and it turns out to be trustable company, in a week I should get my money (hope I won't edit this post to change "trustable" to "scam") and rates for warez sites are brilliant. really.

    nice list nyczdevil, I have tried a few of those too. For those looking for CPM, PPC sites that accept almost everyone and pay well here is the top three for someone who has used a lot of them.

    1. Adignite
    2. Epom
    3. Madadsmedia

    For me these worked best, I use adignite and epom together and I get almost as good as adsense :D

    Casale Media and Valueclick are both genuine networks - which we have used over the past fifteen years, and still currently use Valueclick - but rates have fallen drastically over the past few years.
