SEO-SOURCES.COM is a large directory site. Features two main directories. #1 is the main general seo friendly directory located at SEO-SOURCES.COM and the #2 is the large article directory.

This is a custom all-around site in large growth. The article directory get's about 100-150 new articles per day where 5-15 of these are manually submitted by registered authors and need to be approved. As of this post there are 6770 articles in the directory. Main reason why I think the article directory is attracting many authors/publishers is that it runs a 60% revenue share with it's authors. Not all authors have added their google adsense code to their profile, but many have. As of this post there are 744 active authors/users. They can submit articles, news and blogs. Everything is controlled in the backend admin panel. The software running the article directory is the latest version of ArticleLive. The design is unique/custom.

The general directory(sites) receives about 50 new links per day(when accepting free reciprocal links). I have had new submissions turned off for periods of time as I don't have time to approve/disapprove them when I am out travelling which is why I am selling. The general directory is running a modded version of the PHP Link Directory software v. 3.1. Custom design here as well.

I have not done much to monetize the site and I know it has massive potential in the right hands.

During the last 3-4 months I have probably spent around $3-4k (custom designs, programming, seo)to get the site where it is today. Everything is included with the sale.. domain, software/licenses, 2 unique phpLD templates(sell sponsor links - $250 per link) ownership of design and user databases.

What you get here is a well established directory business that is growing day by day. All the work as been done. In the right hands this could be turned into a real money maker. I would not be surprised if the site has a pr7 at the end of this year.

Reason for sale: Time. I've got a new job that requires me to travel quite much and for this reason do not have the time to keep up with the current growth of the site.
