    did you use adsense on it?

    No, I didn't, but I'm sure adsense would generate more revenue and have a better CTR than the Chitika ads you see right now.

    is it banned from adsense?

    I'm banned from Adsense, but the site is not. I got banned from Adsense almost a year ago on another site - www.hostaddicts.com (I no longer own that site though)

    If you don't trust me, feel free to email Adsense and find out for yourself. :) This site is not banned from any programs.

Many members have posted showing interest in the available staff positions and many others have also started posting in other parts of the forum all thanks to one mass email.     The current BIN prices are already a bargain.

    - The forum has a unique and custom design that cost me $500 to get both designed and coded. I had to get them done separately. That's already the BIN price for the site without the vBulletin license.
    - The traffic is consistent from over 12 videos we have uploaded to YouTube. Most of these videos have high x,xxx - low xx,xxx views and most have been favourited by users more than 100 times. Most of our videos have a rating of 3, 4, or 5 stars, with 5 being the best you can get. This clearly shows that people appreciate our video tutorials.
    - The forum has over 2,500 natural members. Noone was ever paid to post or register.
    - The forum is not dead. As you can see from the screenshots I've already provided, we receive a good number of registrations daily and members continue to post.
    - For what it's worth, the site is also a PR 2.
    - The site makes $20 / month from 4 text links, with potential to make more.

    Now, you tell me, why should I lower my prices? I'm interested to hear what you have to say. :)
