    I am reviving this sale.

    The members want action NOW, and they want the site tuning up NOW. So I am wanting to sell - NOW!

    Exactly as I say? It is an owned vBulletin license, but it has expired (can't download any more updates unless you pay $30 or whatever the price is at the time).
