Large decline in Google's revenue...leading to shady tactics to publishers?

I thought this was interesting. First off, this isn't a complaint rather an interesting theory. I wasn't sure if this should be in the Adsense section or here, but it's more about Google as a company.

Google disabled my Adsense account for a week earlier this month for "invalid clicks". Fortunately, I got the account back...only after them taking 100% of my February earnings, which I find to be complete BS because how can 100% of my February earnings suddenly be invalid when I was making similar amounts for years ($1000+ a month). But what can I do if they don't respond to my emails. Reading tons of blogs and message boards over the internet in the week I was disabled, I started to see that disabling accounts and not paying publishers is ha HUGE trend lately by Google.

Unrelated to this, Google's Adsense referral system had a HUGE glitch over the passed 2 weeks which has been felt by webmasters all over the internet. Earnings had dropped by as much as 90% all of a sudden for about 2 weeks. Fortunately, this was fixed 2 days ago and its about back to normal. So for 2 weeks, Google hadn't paid its Adsense referral publishers what they were really earning. A thread about this can be found here:

So in all, in the passed month or so, Google has been acting pretty shady.

    Today, I found this article:

"Google paid clicks data generate debate"

Does anyone thing that Google is starting to do what they can to save money in the wake of their revenue starting to decline? It's a pretty huge coincidence that they are acting this shady as they are doing so poorly.

I think all businesses have their ups and downs and google is no exception. I don't think google is worried about saving money.
