Laptop processors? Advice needed

I'm looking at getting a new laptop and I have two processor options (but don't really know how big a difference there is between the two). The two options are:

    Intel core 2 duo processor T7200 2GHz, 4MB Cache, 667 MHz FSB

    or

    Intel core 2 duo processor T7400 2.16GHz, 4MB Cache, 667 MHz FSB

The difference in price is around $350 Australian. Do you think it's worth it or would the 2GHz be enough?

For the price difference it wouldn't be worth the extra .16GHz
Whatever you are planning on using the laptop for a 2GHz would just fine. My husband uses his laptop for his banner design and he has a 1.79GHz prosessor and it runs without any program hangups...

I agree. No need to spend extra money that's not going to have a difference that isn't noticeable.

I think it would only be worth the price diff if the cache was 4mb vs 8mb - buy more memory instead!!!
