Laptop OutPut Wire

    I have acer aspire 5738 laptop
    i bought its output wire for connecting it to TV

    it has a VGA port.

    But when i attach the cable it does display the image properly

    the image is very much blurred and blinking continuously.

    I think you need to change the output settings for the graphics card while it is connected to the TV.

    Usually a rick click on the desktop > graphic options > change display settings

    i cant find the graphic option

    i hope this works for windows xp

    plzz give me settings for xp or windows 7

    Not all graphics cards support the TV out on VGA. Many laptops do but some don't.

    Chances are you will need to buy a VGA to TV converter. I bought mine off EBAY from a company in Hong Kong. It was about $20 with shipping to the US.

    I just ordered it so I have not yet tested it.
