Hey All What is the defference between Laptop & Notebook. while they both are work as same and looking with same.......??
The difference lies in dimensions and weight. In addition sometime notebooks are devoid of DVD Writers/DVD ROM's but Laptop's always have them.
I would prefer to have a laptop because i am using it right now and i like it very much to work on it
Laptop is bigger than Notebook.. if you prefer an easy to bring computer, better get a notebook.. if you prefer to look on a bigger screen, buy laptop
The same word refers to the same thing a portable computer, some time ago notebook refers to a lees bigger than a laptop, but today both are the same thing
to add to the confusion, now there are netbooks!!! Well, I thought notebook and laptop meant the same until now.
Netbook usually use atom processor, which is good for daily office work, like make presentation, typing, connect to internet. But If we use it to run 3dmax it will slow down. If We use for heavy application, use laptop or notebook. I think laptop and notebook is same. But for heavier appliction I prefer use my dekstop pc. Laptop or notebook have limitation, but portable in size. May it help.

Their are so many different, in simple way only they are looking same but not have same quality of work. A notepad not have all the facilities which have a laptop. Some ex.- is their is no drive room, that is not usable for a hard work and also not runnable for long period.
