I've been skimming around on ebay Germany and found out that most of the laptops that I've considered buying are around 200€ cheaper than in my country. Can anyone answer if it's safe to buy a computer with a different localization/keyboard and if there is something else I need to watch out for. How easily is the keyboard replacable? I assume it's just a few screws, but if that's not the case let me know. I'm looking at the HP pavilion entertainment DV7 series.
