    Seems really high. I mean the traffic is ok to good and the ranking is nice, but site valuation (according to sitepoint, etc) would be rev x 12. It would be generous to say that's around $240.

    I agree the site could be monetized better, but still...

    That's the Dr's Dx What does everybody else think?

    Thanks for the valuation DrHowe. However, revenue is not the only factor (i.e. domain name, marketing, link purchases, etc..) on determining the site's value.

    Site can be monetized well after the update since here lot of members are looking to purchase link from technology/computer related sites, ad placement can be improve, and you can still earn more since the domain still have 7-8 months left.

    Ok, BIN price lowered to $350 for a quick sale.
