Maybe some problem with connectors of your Laptop. Try putting it in some other laptop which uses same brand.
ANd if its old, then you will need to change it.

    hi,

i already encountered problem like that. what i use to solve that problem is, buy a new battery if its old.
check the charger if there's some problem in the wire, and some basic trouble shooting.

    Hope this helps.. :)

your battery making you disturb because every time you charge
your laptop more than it required (more than 96%) if you
will have a look on user guide there is a clear notation that
you should not charge you battery more than 96% and it should
not be discharge lesser then 10 %

You should take laptop for repairs for replacement of battery as the indicator is showing your laptop battery is exhausted and needs repairs.

I think, when you use a leptop using batrai, it risks are smaller than that do not use the battery. so in my opinion, if the battery becomes problematic, it's not a big problem.

Easiest thing is to just buy a new battery to start. They are very cheap and affordable now. If that doesn't work I would try getting a new power cord. If that doesn't work you might be looking at a new motherboad.

I'd recommend getting an OEM battery!
