    Selling the site as is, just want to clean up my servers.

    Transfer should be via escrow.com fees 50/50

    The site generated some revenue from blog post sales, which I have not listed above. For 2011 on average from link sales it had $70 per month and from Adsense $23. If you connect affiliate plugins you can make more than that for sure.
