Selling LapGamer - Laptop Gaming Forum

Note, this is a re-list and the site has already been verified here.

Founded in 2009, LapGamer is a forum dedicated to laptop & notebook gaming. I've been too busy with other projects to put forth any effort into this forum. My lack of interest in the subject matter has put me in a position to sell the forum.

Forum Details:

- Threads: 517, Posts: 1,966, Members: 407, Active Members: 48

- LapGamer has 4 Moderators. The Moderators are highly interested in the subject matter and will likely be happy to hear if the site has a new owner. One of the Moderators is on everyday.

Traffic & Revenue Details:

- With the Adsense ads on the site, it makes roughly $2 per month. I've never tried to monetize the site outside of that.

What's Included:

- Although the site is running the latest version of vBulletin, the vBulletin license is not transferrable and cannot be included with the sale. You will need your own vB 3.8 license.

- The template was purchased from forumthemes.com($35 value). A branding free license was also purchased($20 value) and will be included with the sale.

- LapGamer runs BlockScript and the license can be transferred($99 value). This has totally eliminated spam, proxies, and problem users.

- 2 Twitter accounts(reserved to protect the name) will be included(@laptopgamer, @lapgamer).

Laptop gaming is a micro niche with little competition. The site is a PR1 and ranks well in Google for the these search terms:

Im not sure what you are looking for but 49 users have registered in the last 3 months.

 

Trying to gauge how interactive the users are. The 2 applicable statistics reports are News thread and new posts.

 

Are you taking offers or are you firm with the $200?

 

About 1 post per day. There isn't much going on because the visitors don't stick around. The site needs some TLC.
