Language to another

    Am I allowed to use some part from text witch is in another language its basically rewrite to english but original isn't my article?

    you can read that article and write it in your own language but not same to same keyword .

    well actually article is in my own language and I want to translate it to english, in my own words ofcourse

    As long as it is not exact it does not matter you can target the same keywords of course just not a like for like match on the content.

    I would rewrite it in it's original language in your own words.. then translate it into English. Copywrite laws do apply to translated documents.
