I have a bilingual blog (just started). Right now I use the default theme, but I'd like to try something different. The problem is that I just so managed to get the Language Switcher plugin running (I have no experience and it took me days). [Before anyone says anything: Yes, I have read the instructions over and over and read hours in the WP support forum.] I know that a lot of themes have to be localized. Question is, can somebody help me with that? Anyone here using it? Thank you.
Which translator are you using?...and a link to the blog? Do you mean like the one in my blog? (Under the menu)
Yes, like your blog. Blog is still work in progress. www.BayernSupporters.com I'm translating the database-stored text myself with the language tags [lang_xx], but the static text won't translate, even though I have the German .po and .mo files. But that's not that big a deal. I'm just afraid to install a different theme and somehow mess it all up. I do use a backup plugin. Any help is much appreciated, as this is driving me nuts.
