language change option not working in IE

    In my website have language change option.

    Its working in Mozila but not in Internet explorer.

    In mozila we can check the error in tools -> Error console.

    How can i check the error in Internet explorer ?

    Check phpmotion and clipshare demo site.

    drop down option not working.

    Only problem with internter explorer.
