    Do not have time for it, too busy with other stuff.

    How is it monetized?
    Mobilehousie.net is dedicated to the contemporary landscape gardening and includes the related posts. This website was designed for both beginners and experienced amateur gardeners to improve their gardening skills and decorate any type of gardens. Has strong positions in Google Top for relevant keywords. Language – German. The site is not monetized at the moment, but there is going to be the Amazon affiliate program launched soon.

    If you want to sell a site for that much you would have to justify it by the income it makes.
