Landing site, keywords, adgroups, ad text for profitable PPC campaign for sale.

I have a site up promoting an offer through azoogle. I started the campaign on September 5th. Since then I've averaged around $2 a day profit. I've spent about $15 to make $30. It would have been better, but the first couple of days I had to weed out some keywords that where costing me money.

This isn't a single $30 conversion, it's a couple of conversions a day on minimal traffic. I've been trying to find a way to boost the traffic and keep it profitable, but no luck yet. So for now, it's an easy $2-$3 a day. I haven't had one unprofitable day yet, even before I threw out some of the keywords. My landing page and ad text have proven to convert well over several hundred clicks.

So far today my ROI is over 100%, the campaign is running as strong as ever.

So why am I selling? I've been selling a lot of websites lately. I've recently quit my job and I'm needing some quick cash to invest into my bigger projects. Normally I wouldn't even consider selling a profitable campaign.

So here's the deal. This information will only be sold 1 time. I'm going to keep running the same campaign as well. The winning bidder gets the "landing site" that I use (QS optimized), but they'll need to put it on their own domain. It's running just fine on a .info that I have.

They'll also get several hundred keywords seperated into adgroups. As well as the ad text I use for each adgroup.

Also, for my protection as well as that of the buyer, I won't be revealing the niche, showing the landing page, or showing any stats to anyone except serious offers.

I also make no guarantee as to how well you'll do with it. If you have PPC experience and common sense you'll do fine. If you're not too experienced, I'll help you out the best that I can, but I can't promise you anything.

Also, I'm promoting strictly through adwords. I'm planning on trying MSN and Yahoo, just haven't got around to it yet.
