Landing pages

    From a SEO point of view, which if the following is a better landing page url for a link to (for example) caresheets:

    www.domain.com/caresheets.php
    OR
    www.domain.com/caresheets/

    For the latter I'd use an index page in the care sheets folder as the landing page.

    Any differences, are they big or is it pretty even?
