Landing pages that mimics offer page

Hello, are their any rules about making a landing page that is styled the exact same as the offer page?

I am not sure if you mean if that is against the TOS of the company you are promoting its products or not, but I know that if you want to use Adwords to drive traffic to this landing page then you will be going against there TOS

 

Thanks, I thought I remembered reading that in the AdWords TOS. Do you know if the same rule applies to Yahoo?
