One which I can remember is, Trendy Site Builder or Trendy Tool. For cPanel It is a plugin which some of the webhost provides provide to it's client. It may work for you!
Adding to this as well, many hosts offer RVSiteBuilder which does the same job as trendy. Both can do what you require
Unfortunately means that your host doesn't support them. Might be worth asking them, as they may have the license but need to give you permissions
