Do you send hits from your ppc ads to a product or services page or have you created specific lead capture or sign up pages specifically for your pay per click ad?

I've been pouring over research on effective landing pages and still can not decide if I want to just have a link to my contact page on my landing page or add a contact form to the landing page..

What do you guys do? Anyone have any examples of good ones?

    Hi Search Placement,

I would add a contact form, the person's name and email address. It all depends on the niche that you are marketing too as well. If you put a link to your contact page it might lower your quality score and your cost per keyword might increase because your not taking your potenital visitor to the direct info that your ad states. I hope that helps.

    Cheers,

Creating your own landing page usually is the best option, that is IF you know how to do it right.
