I see a lot of AdWords landing pages with random numbers on the end of them. It seems to me that the landing page is always the same content but is a different URL.

    How is this done?
I have a similar thing going on with my PayPal where i have a PHP website that people are redirected to but the URL is different every time. Is this what they do?

Does Google look down on this?
Does this keep your quality score higher?

I notice that my new landing pages always have a better quality score. Seems like this would be a great fix for that.

    Thanks all

Perhaps you are seeing tracking codes that people are adding to their urls to keep better track of their adwords conversions.

Yeah its just simple PHP normally used to track the Adwords campaigns. I highly doubt this is the thing that improves your quality score, it wouldn't make sense.

Maybe your landing page is just generally of higher quality.

i think you are watching on redirecting URL'S they redirect you on other URL if somebody using adwords because of they are using affliate programs or other's
