Landing Page Site Content

I've read that it's best to put your landing page on a site that has content on, in order to acheive a good quality score.

I was wondering if putting pages with videos on would be sufficient (pulled from youtube) - so effectively getting a large number of indexed pages. Or is it looking for quality content?

I do not consider a video content. Make a landing page with image of product or service and describe it in detail like a samll website. Tell people why your product is worth buying and why they should buy it now

Yes I've got that already on the actual landing page...But I read that for a really good quality score it is good to place your landing page on either a website with authority, or with lots of content on already - so it doesn't look like you're selling something directly, but offering a service. I was just wondering whether videos would be sufficient for the content bit.

No: videos, images, flash are not considered content for adsBot. Add text for content.

Another quick qn - the content doesn't have to be unique right? This doesn't affect quality score, just SEO?
