Landing Page help/question....

    Just a foreword: none of the examples I use are actually what I'm doing, I'm just using them to make my question more clear.

    So I'm dabbling in PPC with affiliate programs and have a question about the landing page. Most PPC programs (Adwords especially) discourage going straight through to the advertiser's page so I'm directing them towards a landing page.

    Now say it is for Mortgages and in order for me to get paid all the person has to do is enter their address in. Can I have my own page and within the content window simply have an iFrame with an SRC of the URL provide by say CJ? You know how they have URLs like www.androesz.com/click-324123435-1234234 that then direct you to the page say www.mortgages.com/form.php?

    So would my commission still come through if I did the following?

    <iframe src="www.androesz.com/click-324123435-1234234" width="808" height="720" align="center" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" title="Mortgages" class="offer" name="offer">
    				<!-- Alternate content for non-supporting browsers -->
    				&nbsp;
    				</iframe>
    PHP:
    Thank you!
    Kyle

    Almost all affiliate programs that I know of don't allow you to fiddle with their links (which this is) so if they found out you may lose the commission.

    To answer your question, doesn't CJ keep track of there clicks by seeing if the related image was loaded up as well (the banner graphic or that blank image file for text links)?

    I've been wanting to do a little redirecting of the banner click myself so I could record the click and what search engine keyword was used to generate the click to allow me to better market the site, but I got cold feet.

    In regards to CJ..

    I dont think they mind if you cut your link out from the banner code or text code. I couldent find anywhere in their TOU about it not being allowed. I have done it a number of times myself, since not all advertisers have text links handy and I have allways been paid my commision..

    Please correct me if I am wrong?
