Buying Landing page design

    I am looking for a landing page designed like this: http://www.top-colleges.com/schools/lincoln_tech/?isrc=&ShowNavigation=1

    Please PM me with examples. I am looking for a really good designer. The page should be designed in HTML and CSS. I would like external CSS and the code to content ratio should favor content. I would also like the page to render properly in all major browsers and have optimal load time.

    Please PM me with some samples of your previous work and your quote. The designer who I will select will become our longer term freelance designer. Preferably the designer will be in either the United States or Western Europe. Thanks.
