Hey everyone, I had hired someone to create a landing page for me, they did, but they have fallen off of the face of the earth for the last month and I need to get this done. I will give you the links to the page they created and I need to hire someone to pull down the pages, and make them work on my server. It is a 2 step landing page. The first step we capture their name, email, and phone. That will need to post into my CRM, I have all the details for that, just some php work. Then then next step they will fill out a more indepth form with 15 or so questions that will be emailed. Then they go to a thank you page. The reason for the 2 step is to make sure we get peoples info before they see the indepth form in case they don't want to fill it out.
