    Here is my landing page template which uses frames:

    <html><head><title>PUT TITLE HERE</title></head>
    <frameset cols=100%,*><frame src="http://x.xxazoogle.com/whatever={keyword}"></p>
    <noframes><body>
    <p>This page uses frames, but your browser
    doesn't support them.</p>
    <p> <a
    href="http://x.xxazoogle.com/whatever={keyword}">
    Click
    to continue.</a></p>
    </body></noframes></frameset><body></html>

    What this does it pull the entire landing page into the webpage and it looks unnoticable to the user. The only problem becomes keyword tracking + sales when using this format. The workaround I used was a custom page for each keyword :( I dont have the time to come up with a better solution.
