Lana Del Rey "ride" Photo Effect

    Hi.
    I am wondering, how to get photo effect similar to Lana Del Rey "Ride" video look? I will be very happy If someone try it, and post settings here.

    Open a photo, go to Image > Adjustments > Exposure and set the Offset setting to +0.01400
    You will get an effect similar to what I see on the above photos :)

    I think it's not all. Still need to do something with colors and blur maybe.

    I can't do anything more than this, please help me finish

    You can try to change the color by selecting image > adjustments > color hue , then try and change the saturation of the color.

    1 original , 2 motion blurr and some blue image filter, 3 KPT motion blurr and a bit of hue adjustment, 4 motion blurr and a warming filter. Of course some touches of blurr tool here and there, some erase tool in order to restore the face from blurr ... i hope that helps.

    And i forgot to add this one, used some Add Noise - gaussian, Despeckle, Add noise. These were used on previous image 4. I think it`s what you need.
