    "Block certain websites"

What do you mean? People click on your Adwords ads, not websites....

You can only block websites from the Content Network.

When you log into your Adwords account, if you click the Campaign Management tab, there is a sub menu called Tools, click Tools.

In the Tools section there is a link for Site Exclusion.

    Site Exclusion
Refine your targeting on the content network by preventing specific websites from showing your ads.

There you can add sites that you don't want your ads to appear on.

    Hope that helps.
