Lady Gaga Blog, based on the hit album fame: Gaga Fame

I bought this site as a new project but, due to personal circumstances, I can no longer maintain the site and will be selling all of my sites off, this being the first to go.

It doesn't take a lot of maintaining but, I just won't have the time to do so.

With about 5 minutes of work the site averages 50 visits per day but, increase it to 10-15mins by using social bookmarking sites, the stats can and have, increased to between 300-500 per day. Could be set to autoblog to continue where I've left off, or spend a bit more time on the site and get more visitors/hits.

I purchased the site on May 17th from Name.com (free push) and it expires May 17th 2011 (not the May 31st it auto says above after entering the domain name.

The site has already made £4.27 ($6.24 approx) since starting the site and adding Adsense. Proof can be seen here.

Also comes with Twitter account (80 genuine/natural followers, no promotion apart from on the blog).

I will host the site for one month after the sale and can provide after sales support .

I see most of the referring traffic is from referring sites.... which would these be?

The majority of referring traffic is from social bookmarking sites.

You can view the traffic details and referring sites etc here for May and here for June.

I got some paid traffic at the start of the site, of 500 visitors.

Also forgot to mention, the three month Alexa ranking for GagaFame is over 1.5 million but, the one month ranking is 656,051 and improving every day.

 

she's i good singer however why make a blog just to sell it?

It can be set up as an autoblog. That was the intention but, as I said, I personally prefer to put the content on myself so it's laid out how I wanted it.
Also I did this in the first instance to get the right content on there, selected by myself, which I thought would prove to be the most popular and imo it's worked better than it would have had i set it to autoblog from the beginning. As it's also gained quite a few twitter followers, with no promotion apart from the link on the actual blog. Just people who really want to follow .
You can either set it up as an auto blog, or you can post the articles yourself. Instead of auto posting, I've copied and pasted the posts (source credited). All it really requires is finding the news, posting it and submitting it to social networks. Generally less than 5 minutes per post. I can provide a link to the easiest way of finding lady gaga news .

 

you will offer help for me to set up site with server yes? i mean will u upload files to server for my behalf i will of course pay for this service my internet is very slow is my problem. also i am interested to see your other sites for sale if you can send me list too.

I dont have time to work on the site once it's sold, sorry. The site is very,very easy to maintain though and only takes a few minutes a day (or no time at all if you install an autoblog plug-in), it pretty much can run itself I've found. I havent had time to work on the site for a few days now (hence Im selling) and it's still getting over 100 visitors a day and the alexa rank is getting better all the time, its just a really popular niche imo and once you get the attention of the GaGa fans (which I have done already but this can be boosted easily with little effort) they are pretty loyal to the site too, hence why I keep up to date with those fans on the Twitter account.

The one month stat is what I go on and the site is less than a month old too.

Just to add, Ive had a couple of BIN offers via PM which Ive turned down to be fair to the bidders so please, if you want to bid for the site then do it on this thread, Im a fair seller .
