Lack of Stickiness and sandbox again??

    Can the site be put back into a sandbox for lack of stickiness. I am talking about where site used to rank very very well for many phrases around 5000 visits a day, but now does not even come up well in the first 40 for its own domain name

    Yes.

    Not the sandbox but Google can put some filters on your site.
