Lack of Profesionalism

Gees what is it with the lack of decent service on the web! I found a pretty cheap link sales service which I went ahead and ordered a PR7 link from. Now they didnt specify much about the site or any requriements (I run an article directory) so I went ahead and ordered it.

After a few days i'm thinking that its kind of weird that they havent gotten back to me so I email the guy and ask whats going on. Eventually, I get a 1 line email back saying:

No thanks for emailing us or any nicety or explanation, just the above and thats it!.

Not only was his brevity a concern but I was the one that had to chase him up about the order after a few days because I hadnt had any response!

If this is how they treat prospective clients then how do they treat you once you ahve actually paid and bought a link???

I would suggest you avoid dealing with these guys due to their awful service skills:

Thanks for wasting 2 days of my time Ed!

Is there a site that reviews SEO companies?

    Cheap links, cheap service ;)

Sounds like a copy & paste e-mail (wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't). If you actually asked for an explanation (I don't know how your e-mail went), but yeaah.. its kind of giving me the impression that they just skimmed through your e-mail. Unprofessional indeed.

I did indeed ask for an explanation nicely and calmly but I think your right I think he couldnt even be bothered responding. It is indeed true that you get what you pay for :)
