Hello, We can transfer in 2 ways - 1. Create a backup in your old account and transfer it to our servers (server to server ftp or http) and restore it. 2. WHM also offers - Copy an account from another server with account password Here we do not generate a backup manually and download it onto the server, cPanel does everything by itself.
