Is that allowed? I wouldn't have thought so.

Someone here says that Premium Publishers are allowed to do it.

Obviously I don't work for google, but that label looks misleading as if
it is content on the page. It kind of encourages clicks.

I would put no title/heading. You can put "sponsored links."

Anything else would be borderline. I would not chance it.

Titling ads as 'Further Information', you are inducing your visitors to click on the ads. Google is known to not take such inducements lightly. Hence I would prefer not to take such a risk! :(

Definitely not... I would play it safe because that is a grey area. Better to be safe than sorry.

I wouldn't bother with any headings, those doesnt really help with the CTR actually.

I concur with all three of you.

The site has actually since removed the label, but surely being a Premium Publisher they would have to know that doing such a thing in the first place was misleading.

using advertisement or sponsored links will be fine but using further information will be misleading. misleading the visitors with further information or click here for more info would be against adsense TOS
