L-N-L com Domain for 48,000 $ ?

I was browsing through some domains at Register.com the other day and found this domain T-8-T.com listed as premium for 43,000 $ . How can this be possible? I checked some other sites and same thing L-N-L are also very valuable, but 43K $? This is insane. Please someone explain what one of this domains is really valued at.

 

if some damn guy put its price high it doesn't mean he will sell it for that price..

 

Yes, you can ask whatever you want for a domain however that does not mean that someone would actually be willing to pay you that amount.
