    Shawn, I read that you had some thoughts about "branding" etc so I have brought that discussion here.

    Doesn't the terms of operation say that you can ask Google about commercialisation?

    eg if the SEO wants to do it for his client the agent gets the key for the client from G with their permission and sets it up for the client.

    The agent is not taking any money for the usage but he would be taking money for the man hours to do the "job".

    Equally you are not taking money for the usage but you would be for the agent using your tool.

    Worth passing by G?

    I wouldn't make money from it...

    You MIGHT be able to get something like that approved from Google though if you wanted to charge, as really you are charging to change the cosmetic look/feel of the keyword tracker. Not the keyword tracker itself, or the functionality (there would be no added functionality).

    But truthfully, I don't want money for it anyway, so that's why I haven't put much effort into it. Letting people brand it as their own really has no incentive for me. :)
