KWT is slower than molasses this morning (highly unusual). I wonder how many folks are hitting the server trying to get their daily results (like me)?
I noticed that. I usually check between 8 and 10 CST and do not experience this problem. Initially wondered if we had had an update and everryone checking but do not see any messages about an update. Shannon
I have it running now and a few minutes later it has only checked links. I am surprised Shawn hasn't written anything - did he leave for Russia? Or maybe he just isn't up yet. It may be just a google thing or it may be a digital point server problem.
Aren't we obsessive. and grateful for this wonderful tool. I am just curious regarding what is going on. I unloaded dishwasher and prepared breakfast. In that time it only checked 6 keyword phrases and I only have a depth of 50 checked. Can you imagine what it would be like if I was checking 200 deep? Shannon
I bet the problems are more on google's side than this side. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to check my 500+ words, other days it takes more than a hour, and it gets stuck on the same number remaining forever.
Likewise --- of course if your KWs are near 1 or 2 it takes less time ....hehehe - it is normally Google that is the problem.
System *seems* to be running okay... only 11 check all threads running right now (which is normal for any given time). When Google servers get slow sometimes, that number will bloat to like 300 running at once. But whatever it is/was, it's most likely Google's servers.
I gave up on mine monday. Got down to like 5 left and it stopped and so did I. No big deal, i'll check again friday.
